You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
damaged or defective
If your desk arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
changed your mind
Returns are accepted for desks in their original packaging with all parts and hardware. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We provide a prepaid label, and its cost is deducted from your refund.
how to start
Email support@hghr.shop with your order number. Please don’t ship anything back before receiving return instructions.
refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method. Original shipping is free and is not deducted.
cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@hghr.shop.
