limited warranty
Every hghr desk is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
what’s covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including the frame, lifting motor, and control panel.
what we’ll do
If a covered part fails, we’ll send a replacement part free of charge. If a replacement part isn’t available, we’ll replace the desk or issue a refund at our discretion.
what’s not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, modifications or self-repairs, exceeding the weight capacity, commercial use, and normal wear and tear such as scratches.
how to make a claim
Email support@hghr.shop with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video. We reply within 24 hours.
